Nothing has been drawn yet. The first draw is at 20:00 UTC on the day the keeper starts.
What happens to a prize nobody takes
Seven days, then it moves. A winner who never connects a wallet never learns they won, and the prize sits where it is until the window closes. After that it goes back into the bank, which makes every later day a little bigger. Nothing is returned to anyone and nothing is kept.
The bank is fed by the fees. Of what reaches the keeper, seven tenths becomes prize money, two tenths buys $II and burns it, one tenth pays for the server and the RPC. The day's prize is a seventh of the bank, so the bank can never be emptied by one day.
